| | Luis Maria Solaro Mascari, Vice-President and Head – EPC | | | | Luis Solaro joined the organization in July 2018 as executive responsible to lead our EPC business. Bringing over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure construction industry, mainly in architecture, industrial services, power generation and transmission. His global business vision has been enhanced through experiences in diverse responsibilities, from Site manager to General Manager, Developing significant experience in multidisciplinary team management with focus on global business management. On the international front Luis has executed projects in Uruguay, Ghana, Mexico and Brazil. Prior to joining SAE Towers, he held the position of General Manager at Abengoa Brazil Construction. Luis holds a degree in Architecture from the University of the Republic of Uruguay and has completed management development programs such as: IESE School of Business, University of Navarra, Management and Personnel Management - IUP, University of Alicante, Barcelona and Carlos III de Madrid - Project Management “PMI”. | | | | | | Walter Francisco de Moura Salles, Sales and Marketing Director | | | | Mr. Salles has more than 37 years of experience in the power transmission and distribution business. During his long career he has established solid relationships with strategic partners by tailoring solutions to the unique needs of power utilities, large construction contractors and industrial customers throughout Brazil and South America. Prior to joining SAE Towers, Mr. Salles managed large turnkey projects at ABB for transmission lines and electrical substations in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico and Argentina. From 1996 through 2001, he managed bid preparation for several diverse projects. From 2002 through 2006, he managed the Marketing and Sales Department of the ABB Brazil Transmission Lines Division. Since 2007, with SAE Towers Brazil, Mr. Salles has been responsible for selling to utilities, contractors and transmission companies in Brazil and the rest of South America. Mr. Salles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. |
